Land Release Coming 2026

More information about opportunities to purchase land at Ocean Reef Marina is expected to be available in early 2026, with the first release to include residential lots.

As part of Stage 1 works, around 68 single residential lots and three development sites are being created, to be delivered to market in staged tranches. The first tranche of residential lots is anticipated to be released in early to mid-2026.
