Offers invited on the first residential lots
A collection of 13 residential lots, ranging from 224sqm to 295sqm, is now being offered within Perth’s newest waterfront destination. Positioned within Stage 1A, these homesites place you moments from Marina Cove Park, the family beach, coastal pathways and the future waterfront town centre.
This inaugural release forms part of a broader Stage 1 precinct that will ultimately deliver 70 residential lots and three development sites through a series of future releases.

To be considered for a lot, buyers must submit an Expression of Interest form through the selling agent (Ken Lim) during the Offers Invited period.
